Robin J. Gray has been representing immigration clients, both individuals and businesses for the past 28 years throughout the United States.

Ms. Gray’s immigration practices focuses on litigating deportation and removal proceedings, investor based visa programs such as EB5, E2 and L1 visas, H1B and H4 visas, family based immigrant visas and asylum cases.

Ms. Gray is licensed to practice before the United States District Courts in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York and New Jersey and before the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and has extensive jury trial and non-jury trial experience before the federal and state courts and the Immigration Courts.

Ms. Gray is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is active with the Philadelphia and Washington DC chapters. Ms. Gray is also a verified EB5 attorney with EB5 investors and is on the policy committee of the Invest In the U. S.A. (IIUSA) regional center association.

Robin J. Gray is licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey and New York. Ms. Gray has her law degree from the University of Denver School of Law (1990), with a minor of international trade and finance and a bachelor of science in business administration from the Villanova School of Business where she focused on international marketing and finance.
